District 2

Colin was elected to represent Executive Council district #2, which is marked in yellow and outlined on this map (below).

This  district includes the cities of Concord, Dover, Franklin, Keene, Rochester, and Somersworth, and forty-three towns in between, reaching the borders of Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
